Continuing a Legacy

In 1962 founder Ronald J. Penfound began his career in the court reporting industry as a shorthand reporter and by 1975 he was appointed Official Examiner for the Judicial District of Niagara North.

Over the years Ron hand-picked and mentored a team of skilled court reporters and transcriptionists to ensure a continued reputation of accuracy, integrity and compassion.

In October of 2022 Ron passed away, his trust in his staff lead him to leave Penfound’s in their capable hands to best honour and continue the legacy of flexible, compassionately conducted examinations with meticulous attention to detail.
